I am trying to find the bright spot in a nice April snow without a car, meaning standing around waiting for a bus, and I think I might have found it! Getting to put on a nice winter hat means not having to do anything with my hair this morning

Every house I`ve looked at in BC is at least 800k, one that would be around 3-400k in a middle class area in the GTA. I had a good laugh, then a cry.

im soooo sick of it! rain all night, a thin coat of ice on everything....still snow covered. im stuck in the house all day, too cold to run errands. but, its early...things will change.

And soon the Japanese nuclear waste from Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear will wash up on their shores. We will get the nuclear stuff too, but we will not glow as fast as California

But at least you don't get the horrid winter weather here ;0).....it truly is Beautiful BC. Also, if you do not mind living further away from downtown Vancouver....the prices are cheaper and lots are bigger :0)

Aaaahhhh. Lemons, smemons. They are on sale at Food Basics along with Florida strawberries and New Zealand kiwi. But California doesn't have our Ontario autumn with
umteen varieties of apples,
5 types of squash,
rutabagas, turnips,
rhubarb,
dill cukes for pickling,
peppers,
tomatoes for making sauce (you can buy by the case,
sour cherries (you can buy by the pail,
peaches, nectarines;
asparagus and strawberries at another time.
Boy, getting hungry now.

No that was pretty dam cute though. The poor kids have been trapped inside most off the winter so they were so happy to have a week of nice weather. My oldest (he's 3) looks out side this morning and says mom what happened!

I totally agree winter just won't quit,this year, no snow here but rain and a little freezing rain here.I just got back from a Florida vacation it's been in the 80's everyday oh was so nice
