I updated my profile 3 times in the last 6 months but I never received the personal coupons. Can someone tell me why?

I just switch between my home phone and cell phone each time. I've never gotten a call from Shoppers, and I have caller ID and screen my calls anyway, so I'm not concerned about them having both numbers.

You need to call 1800 shoppers and talk to customer service agent,
hope they will solve the issue for you,my friend she just signed up for the card in December but she was not getting any offers by email so she first email them and then she called them now she get offers every week and better offers then me.
