Yes you can use coupons to bring down your op,
The interesting thing is that computer just calculates the $ amount spend on specific promotion,on food and snack or cosmetics etc etc...
For this type of promotional coupons you can redeem points or you can use coupons,you will get the points.

For 12000 bonus points WUS $50 on any thing in store
There are almost 4 different codes...for Monday,Wednesday and Friday offer and for the whole week offer.
The codes are...
16008
16408
16208
?????
On Friday I made a $50 purchase and coupon code was applied 16408.
Today I received the coupon for Wednesday spent $50 and get 12000 points and it has the PCID 16208.
It's getting little bit harder to recognize codes after loading the coupons because you can not remember or check all the codes at checkout.

I looked back and it was a shop on the weekend 18500 pts WUS $75 .... Rayray had an offer loaded to her card for 8000 pts WUS $30 (Food/snack I think) .... and she just received the 18500 immediately and a few days later received the 8000 points for this .....

I see she had 1080 base points. so 18500 for the $75 plus 8000 for the additional $30 spent. Awesome, thank you @rayraycanuck .

My Wed (May 13) offer was 8000 bp wus $30. I also had a mail out (to my home) coupon for 6000 bp wus $40.

Will I get 14000 bp if I use both and spend $40?

i guess after 2,3 months things will settle down and we'll pretty much know (from our experiences and by sharing our experiences and their outcomes) what goes with what and what not. But for now, no one can guarantee anything.


the biggest problem is that there may be some loop holes in the system where people are still able to double dip on big dollar amount coupons, but i have heard that sdm big guys read our forums..... so, as we share our "good" experiences here, they get to know that loophole in the system and who knows when they correct their error and system starts working according to their guidelines.

Yes, I prefer 8,000 wus $30 food/snacks and $1.50 off household cleaner, but overall, am quite happy.

Interesting. So maybe the two get combined when it's a special weekend plus a loaded offer? Or maybe was a glitch. Did anyone else who had a loaded offer and did the 18,500 wus $75 shop on the weekend get points added for the loaded offer?

wierdest offer credit happened to me . On Monday I had the 20X on $50 printed email coupon and 4000 points on $20 Food and snacks, 2500 on nair wax, 2000 on Vitamin D3, loaded on card.

At checkout Cashewnuts and trail mix rang in at wrong price so I got scop on cashewnuts and one pack of trail mix the other bring charged @3.99. I couldnt make the $20 but hey free($12 nuts ) is better than 4000 points . When i was done i saw 4 promo codes on my bill . Later when i checked my account I saw the 8000 points WUS $40 on cosmetics was in my "redeemed section". (I had only loaded this offer to be used later if something came in clearance section) . Iam wondering how the hell did I get cosmetic bonus points when not one of the product I bought was cosmetics ? >> no sign of 20X in my redeemed section !!!
