Okay, so we bought a house that has a gravel driveway, we cannot afford to pave it right now. It does however need more gravel. So I am wondering what type of gravel do I look for? What sort of places should I call?
The paving companies do not deliver gravel. I need to have it delivered and spread.
What sort of prices should I expect? I have a single wide maybe 50 foot driveway (holds 3 cars snug).

Also try soil companies, they will deliver. They have soil, gravel and sand usually. Three quarters (3/4") it is sometimes called.

We re graveled a drive way a long time ago, we hired a bobcat to spread the gravel and tamp it down a bit, would have taken a long time shoveling it but I guess it is doable.

Thanks folks. I found a guy through Kjjij to buy 7 tonnes of gravel for $150, and between my husband and a kid we hired, it took about 2 hrs to spread it by hand.
