Over 400 dogs, cats, kittens and puppies are up for adoption at reduced rates.. Not sure about the prices for dogs but cats are only $25 + the city license fee. If you've been thinking about getting a new pet this event is for you! I'll be there... It's time for a new friend for me to live with.
