They are often added a few days late, I would wait a week and see if they show up before calling HO - especially if you entered multiple ones

While I got the confirmation email about getting points for July 11, there are no points as I checked my account this afternoon. Even my SDM receipt from an impulse buy today did not show the bonus points on the receipt.
To me, that means SDM is taking note if any Optimum members are applying more than one profile update BP code in a year.
