I did not receive the 4000 pts. I only did once (one code was from the shoppers flyer), for my family 4 members, no one received it.

What should I do? still wait? or hopeless?

I did not change any info but got the points, 16000 for each card

I called Shoppers today and was given 6k points as a goodwill gesture (4k for the points i didnt receive July 11 from promo posted on facebook and 2k points for the ones I didn't receive May 30 for the promo on the front page of the Shoppers May flyer). It wasn't the most pleasant of conversations, bottom line was they are only to be used with legitimate reasons for changing info ie. if you move, no longer use an email or name change (married/divorce etc.) not for acknowledging that your info is correct (which from my perspective is what you are doing when you update and change nothing). I stated to her without defining any restrictions it is false advertising.

I won't bother having dh call, I'm sure he can think of many other more pleasant things to do with his time, even though he changed his address info.
