I used to do the survey's quite often but after downloading the proper tools to print their coupons it never works! Quite sad as I buy their products all the time!

I'm having a hard time printing their coupons too. I can print them but there's no expiry date or barcode on them

Same thing happened to me. Looks wonky and no expiry.

Now I can't print them at all! I get the 'you have reached your limit for this offer' message - same thing that happened late last year. I still haven't heard back and just put something on Facebook but lots of people have and they just keep saying to contact customer service - good luck...

Yay, everything is fixed! Customer service called and chatted and everything is good to go for everyone again, phew!
