    Bit of a wait for the instant win prize. Noticed Grand Prize draws will be done in Michigan. At least the rules DO include mention of the Regie for the residents of Quebec.

    I got a notification that I won a $20 GC today! I could have sworn it said "Sorry, please play again..." when I played this morning though.
