I live in London which is one of the test markets for personalized offers via the SDM apps, I get different offers on the app than in my email. The offers on the app will say they expire on the Friday but by Thursday they are removed from the app. Often the offers in the app will repeat from the previous week or just have none.

That SDM had a login page like Metro or PC Plus where you could get your personalized offers each week instead of waiting for an email that may or may not come

You can! At least, I can in Google Chrome

In Chrome:
Click on the coupon to open the new page
Click 'Cancel' on the print screen - this will take you to the coupon web page
Highlight the coupon you wish to print
Click on the Print button in the menu
At the bottom of the print preview there is an option to print 'Selection Only'
Tada! You can now print just one coupon

The only downside is if you want to print more than one and they are all spread out - then you have to print them one at a time.

I imagine it might work the same in other browsers - just highlight the coupon you want to print and look for the selection only option.

I wish that, both sdm and pc plus would show a bunch more offers each week and allow you to choose which offers you would like each week. Put a limit of say 5 for sdm and 10 pc plus. It is not that I don't get some good offers...it is just that in order for me to use some of them everything in the universe has to line up ie. why can't I get my gay lea butter offer when someone has it on sale for $2.99. Or I get$3 off Vaseline but never when it is on sale for cheap. Or my $5 off Purex ...waiting waiting waiting for it to go on sale for $4.99 before my coupon expires. How awesome would that be...think how much money we would save!

Just to clarify (because sometimes you need context when reading online), what Anna Michele is saying is that there are many SCers on here who have been trying and trying to get the personalized coupons (contacting HQ, changing info in their Optimum profile online, updating their profile) who have had no luck getting the coupons - and there just doesn't seem to be a reason why.

No i have never gotten any and at 1 time i was doing the 20x events often,i think i will have to boycott Pharmaprix,i don't think it's fair that other people get them but the people in QC nada
