RCSS doesn't price match

today I went to buy some produce price matching to ocean's flyer and the cashier was a pain in the neck refusing to do most of the items so I told her u know what cancel the whole thing and left the buggy there for them to deal with it ! I will never step a foot there anymore

Does anyone know if RCSS will pm from my cell phone or do I need a paper copy? Walmart lets me pm from my phone but the produce there isn't great

I use my iPad to price match at RCSS, no problems so far
