I eagerly look forward to Fridays with all the emailed coupons and optimum events from Shoppers Drug Mart recently.
I especially love that some coupons that are good on ANY brand and how they let me create my own sale on items that don't normally go on sale.
So, I thought it would be neat to hear creative ways in which SC'ers combine the many coupons and offers now available at SDM. I know I've found so many good deals just by following conversations here on SC.

If you had an SDM shop, tip, technique or deal and would like to share your "badassity", please post.

For me this week it was:
18 count Dare Wagon Wheels cookies Reg. 7.49 paid 1.99. Used emailed personalized coupon (1.99 wub any cookies)
$3 off Dial Body Wash emailed personalized coupon worked on multiples so free BW.
12 bounty paper towels Reg 11.98, paid 3.99 - my copycat shop from Momi's awesome Bounty post in the bragging section.

What was your best SDM shop this week?

I think momi will be able to contribute a lot to this thread.
so far my best shop @ sdm was free pantene travel size shampoo. They sent me a coupon for 2.00 off any pantene and their travel size pantene was $1.99. But that was a few weeks back. I dont know how many weeks old.

I also got the $3 off Dial body wash but they were $6.xx at my store. Did you use coupons in order to get them free?

My freebie this week was Vim cleaner.

I got 9 boxes of Quaker granola bars free from the personalized mailed coupons. $1.99 on sale - $2 coupon and worked on all of them. I have found multiples work on the mail out coupons more often but are still hit and miss.
I am planning on getting bacon for $1.99 after my $2.50 mailed coupon this weekend
My email coupons have been really sucky lately and haven't been worth printing...fingers crossed for tomorrow!

Omega 3 eggs for $1.99 using personalized coupon good on any eggs
My fave pay $1.99 for any Kelloggs cereal

Went in for these two items, but DH came with me and spent $20 in junk food. You won this round SDM

Apply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.

Same problem here with my husband. When he goes for shopping with me we end up buying more junk food than planned for. Lol. And we start looking like this ->

Last week, I received the "get 6,000 points WUB $20 candy/snacks". This week, DH received the same emailed coupon.
Normally, we wouldn't spend that much on junk food but the Hershey 100g chocolate bars have been on sale both weeks and also had 800 bonus points WUB2 both weeks.
So, two weeks in a row, we've purchased $20 worth of chocolate and ended up with just over 10,000 Optimum points each week! Basically evened out with money spent and value of points received!

I bought one dial body wash and a bunch of Ivory Body Wash (priced $2.99). The coupon took $3 off all the different kinds. I paid 3.xx for the dial and all the rest were free. There is a brandsaver coupon for Olay and Ivory BW for more savings.
