I've been stressed out recently because my husband is in the process of retiring.. Its a bit challenging to go from being in savings mode to spending those savings.. There seems to be a maze of paperwork and questions.. When to cash out RRSPs to pay the least tax? Should I take CPP at 60 or 70? etc etc
I'm a huge fan of Gails and have followed her on facebook for a while. I contacted her yesterday asking for help. She responded saying there were many questions that needed answering before she could respond. She sent me a list of questions. They were fantastic.. as I completed them I could see the answers to some of the questions already.. I answered the questions immediately and sent it off to her. She got back to me today with some great feedback and provided some very helpful ideas.
It feels as though my stress level has dropped 90%..This thread is currently associated with: N/ABe sure to click like and post a brag if you get the deal.. It makes my day!!! Flattery may just get you more deals

She would never have asked me to be on her show.. We have no debt, not even on our car or house.. we live below our income and have emergency funds & savings.. My concerns were how to remove our RRSPs without paying more tax than we need to and when would be the best time for me to activate CPP..
Its funny when I answered all of her questions I realised that we'll be able to keep putting some into savings..Be sure to click like and post a brag if you get the deal.. It makes my day!!! Flattery may just get you more deals
