    Well I am not like you guys. I AM PERFECT NOT. I have been for years now to quit smoking. For some people it easy but for me it is not. I know wy. I like it to much. I dont smoke much but again, I like it. So, this year somtime I will quit again and hope that this time will be it. ( cross finger)............................

    A guy on the radio said, to change a bad habit, make it your password for a month
    so,
    month#1 password = I will lose 10 pounds
    month#2 pass word = I will eat veggies daily

    I need to stop checking the price of a plane ticket after I already booked it. There's nothing that can be done after that point, especially if the price goes down.

    yes. I am a sugar-a-holic. That stuff is like crack cocaine (well, about as much like crack cocaine as my imagination can muster for someone who has never tried crack! LOL)

    But sugar--definitely addictive and totally hard to give up. Terrible stuff too. Very cancer causing.

    Salt, salt and more salt. Chips, pretzels, peanuts, popcorn, crackers

    I gained weight while pregnant and have yet to lose it. Salt certainly doesn't help. It especially sucks since I am athletic, but I eat too much junk to actually lose weight. I need to lose about 10-15lbs and I just can't keep myself away from the little salt demons! I play hockey, soccer and baseball. After sports, I crave chips : /
