You get a scratch or pulltab card and it has one of the three printed on it, the cashier then scans that card and you get them

Yes there are a lot more 18500 cards. Still the 18500 is a decent return

Yes, at least the 18,500 for $75 is a usual promo - so you're not losing out if that's all you get.
