    My BFF gave me an LL Bean eCertificate way back in 2008 for my birthday...lol I'm surprised I didn't loose it... Anyway, I rarely shop online! I thought I'd peek at the backpacks just to see how much they were. Well, they were having a backpack sale.... and free monogramming.... and free shipping right to my door! For for the taxes and Canadian tariff...it came to $9. & change... my son will have a spiffy new LL Bean "pack pack" to start school with his name on it!

    The eCertificate is older than he is!!

    I hope everyone finds some awesome "Back to School" deals!

    I'm sorry, it wasn't a deal for everyone, Silk! I guess not everyone sits on their gift cards like I do! I just spent a Roots gift card that I had been hoarding for about 4 years, too.... lol

    I also hold onto GCs until I find something i really want. There are certain things that feel better getting for free or cheap! lol

    It really is good quality! Their main store is located in Maine.... and it's the most amazing store! for me... it's less than a day's drive. But now we need passports to cross the border.
