Thread: Bell contract ending...

I have a one year contract with Bell for my home phone and internet. Both contracts are ending soon. They gave me a pretty good deal. How can I get them to give me another contract with the same discount? I don't want to pay full price. Who at Bell should I speak to about this and would have the authority to offer me a good discount without me having to beg ? Should I threaten to go to another company? Does that work? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would call and see if you can keep your plan without the contract. I would shop around as well. You never know.

Ask to talk to loyalty dept., they will give you a better deal then customer service.
