    Does anyone know if the $10 is off before tax? or after tax?
    I need to get something but am wondering if I should get it now I'll reach $50 or wait until the weekend for the petro card.

    You are always responsible for the taxes with any SDM promo. Other SCer's are very good at calculating which promos are better.
