    Maybe try taking a pic of the receipt with the actual chocolate bars' UPCs showing.

    Nope one says mars bars and one says twix chocolate. The email said that I only uploaded part of my receipt, but I didn't. Dollarama receipts are tiny. I sent in a help desk request so I'll see. I looked over and over it, it has the store logo, the store address, the date (twice), time and total.

    It happens. They will reject for no reason or they'll say another user has already submitted your receipt. Then you ask them why and not even the customer service people know why. They always fix
