My hard drive on my Dell inspiron 580 burnt up on me and when I phoned Dell.ca technical support in India not only did they sell me the right piece and at great price but also sent me all the discs and windows to reinstall and then they spent hours on the phone with me walking me through the progress to reinstall everything. Wow never would I have gotten such help anywhere else and also they saved me hundreds I am certain. many thumbs up for Dell.ca

Wow, nice. I am happy for you and you are right, it would of cost you lots of $$$. There is still some good people out there and he was one of them. He took the time to help and that requier time and patience.
