I am having so much fun reading all these suggestions!
Giving them as Christmas gifts is a great idea, but I'd prefer to bake with the chocolate and then share the end result with others. I don't have a large family (no kids yet, and both DH and I are only children as were our parents, so no cousins/niece/nephews). But we do have a large circle of friends who love desserts and we're invited to dinner parties at least once a week.
I'm going to try many of your suggestions, but this one popped out as being an easy one to start with....
So yesterday, I picked up a pack of glorious looking (and smelling!) strawberries and used one FPC to make these:
I put them on a foil-lined tray to dry, then left to go to my spinning class. Came home, DH greets me with a glass of red wine and a bowlful of the strawberries and a certain look in his eyes.
I blanked for a second, then start laughing, realizing that I my innocent foray into using my Lindt FPCs had been seen as a signal for some (ahem) chitty chitty bang bang. We had a big chuckle over that, and then.... well, neither of us got much sleep last night. Oh, and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious.

Lol, I was going to suggest investing in some sweat pants and eating the chocolate yourself....but you seem to have come up with your own plan for all those extra calories (wink-wink-nudge-nudge) LOl
Congrats on your FPC'S!!

Congrats! That's a ton of chocolate. Sounds like you have found some good ideas. I got my 6 FPCs today - you are very lucky to have won 30!

I am kinda glad I did not win this as it would never last til christmas in my house...but I am pretty glad the person who won has more self control than me when it comes to chocolate.

Dear friends of mine are going to Paris next week for their honeymoon -- five years after getting married. Paris was their original honeymoon destination, but they skipped it after a sudden family tragedy. Financial obligations during the intervening years have kept them at home, but this year, after much planning and saving, they are finally going!
I am so excited for them, they deserve it so much. So to get them in a Parisian mood, I surprised them with a plate profiteroles today. Merci, Lindt!

Mmm, you can use dark chocolate and melt it over a Bain Marie spread it on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle pumpkin seeds/goji berries or chopped candy cane and make chocolate bark let it cool and lifted the baking sheet and then let it rip and tear the chocolate in pieces and package them in decorative gift bags. Lovely Christmas or just awesome gifts for giving!

Yesterday was my friend's "J's" birthday. A bunch of us were there for dinner and I offer to make the cake. Because you can't have a birthday without cake, right?
Your idea about chocolate bark made me think of peanut praline, because J loves peanut butter. But if there's one thing J loves more than peanut butter is peanut butter and chocolate. So inspired by that, I came up with this creation:
Peanut butter frosted double chocolate cake with peanut praline.
I can't be sure, but I think J enjoyed it. Think of the When Harry Met Sally diner scene but with cake. And no fakin'.
