I wrote them and they said it didn't launch until Aug 25 yet myself and a few friends all did it on the 12th.
i always write on a calendar when I did it and it was t 12th.

I also ordered on August 12th and didn't receive anything yet... + got the same error message as Karabana when I tried to reorder today...

Gwen responded by saying the samples were on back order and are just being mailed out. We should get them by the end of the month.
My confusion is P&G saying it wasn't live til the 25th not the 12th when we all signed up.
If we get it...we get it. Fingers crossed.
