1. How long did it take to process rebate from time of submission?
2. $17.94, does this refund include tax and postage, or just the price of the product?
3. Did you use the TearPad form or a peelie on the product?

Correction - Got my refund $18.32, this includes postage and taxes / used the tear pad form / sent in Aug 22 / received refund Sept 25 (cheque was dated Sept 18. That was fast.

I started looking for this product in the one place in my town that sold it since July. Finally found it beg of Oct!!!

I hope it comes cuz it was over $20 and I found that I don't even like this product so it would be good to get the money back for it.

i'm still waiting too. i'm a little less worried since there's a bunch of us in the same boat but had i known it'll be 2+ months and counting wait, i would've rethink doing this mir -.- i also paid over $20, and bought the wrong shade -.-

I am waiting for it as well. I sent in near the end of September, my friend sent in beginning of September but she didn't get it either. I messaged them on FB and they told me 8-10 week is minimum. Can take longer than that and told me to call them if I still have not received it after three months. I called them beginning of December but the call went to North Caroline and they said to wait another month and then call if I don't get it and they will tell me who to contact. I have not called again but did message them yesterday but no reply yet. This is the longest I have had to wait for MRI. The other one I had to wait was Oikos and when I did contact them they just sent a letter saying it was sold out.
