Do you remember which coupon was creating probles? The coupon system is not accepting is highlighted in red when they hit total key. Last week my $20 off wus $75.00 or more was not working, i left sdm without buying anything, called HO and they told me that theie system is creating problem with this specific coupon. It was their fault. :s

At my store the coupon was not working too,
They enter it as manufacturer coupon 2001 $20 off.
But the only think is that that lady has to pay taxes on it.
They should enter it as store coupon 2004 instead of 2001.

The cashier tried taking off each of the other two coupons that I had - the 8000pts WUS $40 and the 20x WUS >$30 on OTC .... it just came up that the $20 off was voided .... the front end manager said it could be the other pts coupons (there was 800 on dish soap and 2000 on Herbal essence) .....

I did use the $20 off one yesterday but didn't have any other points coupons with what I was buying....
