There were some good sales and I needed to stock up on a few things before DH leaves for school next weekend (Where did August GO??)
I hit up 4 stores, did 8 transactions, spent $220, and here are the highlights:
I did buy a bunch of other groceries that were on sale as well, but they weren't as good of a deal.
Tomorrow will be a full day of making freezer meals to send with him for the next two months.
Rexall
6 x Royale Velour TP (8 Double Rolls) $2.99 (6x$1.00 Tearpad) = $1.99/each *limit of 3 per person, so I took DH with me to do a second transaction
2 x U By Kotex (18 count) $3.50 (2x$2.00 Printable) = $1.50 each
SDM - Took Advantage of 8,000 PTS WUS $40.00 Coupon
2x Imodium $19.99 (2x$2.00 Printable) = $17.99 *not the greatest price, but since I needed them for DH anyways, they helped get my 8,000 PTS when you spend $40.00
2 x U By Kotex (18 count) $3.99 (2x $2.00 Printable) = $1.99 each + 10X Points
Royale Tissue (6 box) $3.99 ($1.00 GoCoupons) = $1.99 each
Palmolive $1.99 (B1G1 Personalized Coupon) = $1.99 for two.
Sobey - redeemed $10.00 in points
1x Tampax Radiant (18 count) clearance $2.57 – had $3.00s of coupons inside, so I went out the car and opened the first package and did a second transaction for three more boxes! = $2.57
3 x Tampax Radiant clearance $2.57 ($2 WUB 2 + $1 WUB 1 from first box) = $1.57

Very nice shopping trip! I saw those Ziplock packages and was going to pick them up and then got sidetracked! Thanks for the reminder! I can`t seem to print the printables, but I`m going to have to try to solve that problem - the deals are just too good!
Way to go!

Its nice to see some down to earth, not everything is free/pennies couponing in the bragging section. I wish more people shared brags like this because it might make others feel better about having to actually pay for certain items. Also encouraging to newbies that it isn't so scary/hard.
Great shopping trip and your DH sounds very lucky for you to make up 2 months worth of freezer meals! I'm more of a push the bird out of the nest and hope it flies type of wife LOL!Insert Clever Signature Here

I loved that it was super easy to get the coupons for most of these deals as well since I haven't made it a priority to gather/trade coupons lately. Most of them were printed Thursday night when I got my flyers and started planning what I needed. As for the freezer meals, I don't mind because I LOVE to cook, but I HATE to clean the kitchen afterwards so DH will be on kitchen duty for the rest of the weekend Plus it ends up saving us a fair bit of money since he doesn't eat out everyday like the rest of the guys he goes to class with
