I like sleep way to much to wake up to eat in the middle of the night. lol. I can honestly say I've never ate in the middle of the night, unless you count university years when you've never went to sleep - then it was anything fast food. Lol

I don't usually snack after dinnertime but If I do then it'll be donuts (yeah, it's not healthy but it's DH favorite and we keep a stash in the fridge).

When I get the munchies, it's for chips before bed.

I've never woken up in the middle of the night and started eating anything, but if you're talking about a bedtime snack, well than, that's a whole different story
My favorite is when I make a big bowl of popcorn, I cook it in coconut oil, adding a touch of salt to the oil before it pops. After I use more coconut oil (about a tablespoon) and add fresh ground black pepper and a bit of grated parm cheese. then mix it all together in a big bowl...yum, I want some nowWe all need a little sunshine every now and then

If I wake up and I'm hungry, I'll grab a banana or a big spoon of peanut butter. DH on the other hand eats full blown meals at all hours of the night and nothing in the fridge is safe

I never wake up hungry in the middle of the night.. but like Holly, if you're asking about a pre-bedtime snack....hm.
Plain chips if I'm being really bad, with onion dip if I'm heading straight to hell, popcorn drizzled with balsamic vinegar, a muffin...but only one thing!! Not all of them! Usually.....

Hey!! Dan!! When did you sneak into my kitchen and snap that pic of me??!
Sadly because of a lifetime married to a shift worker I am accustomed to eating full course meals at anytime. I know at night before we go to sleep is the absolute worst time to indulge too!
That being said ( confessed ) I used to like toast and jam if I was peckish and undecided...not much prep involved which was a must. These days it is any leftover in the fridge, a bite of this or a nibble of that usually does the trick.

I rarely snack in the middle of the night. At most, I'll have a candy (used to keep jelly beans in a container by my bed, now I actually have to get up & go to the kitchen, so don't bother ).
The brats, on the other hand, would eat full meals at any hour. Well, *every* hour.

I never snack in the middle of the night either. Once I am asleep, I am sleeping til morning.
Bedtime snacks though? Ugh. I always get the worst munchies between 9:30-10:30 at night. I am watching my weight so I try to stick to boring and un-fun things like carrots or a green pepper. LOL. Sensible type nonsense that's good for you.
But my favourite is a couple of plain rice cakes slathered in peanut butter. I'm not talking a swipe of it to colour the rice cake...noooo....it might be several inches thick of peanut butter. Or just a few tablespoons of peanut butter straight out of the jar. LOL. Honestly, peanut butter is like my own personal crack cocaine. It's terrible.
Rarely I might also sneak a bowl (or two ) of ice cream. But not often.
Ugh. Now I'm hungry. And it's 9:30. And I'm thinking about peanut butter....."Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken." Oscar Widle
