Another week come and gone...

DH flew home last Sunday so we've had a whole week together. He took me shopping in the US and out to dinner at my favourite restaurant (Texas Roadhouse) as an early birthday present. We got lots of family time and the kids have been really happy.

It would have been a perfect week, except the looming thought of him leaving again this Sunday

this week has been a blur in a way. I'm going to be an optimist and say 8/10....I mean no one is sick so that is a plus!
DH and son were off work ( stay-cation ) but DD had her normal work and school schedule. A nice mid week visit from my eldest was the high point ( always wonderful ), but not dropping this week's weight was a low point.

To be honest, it has been a crappy week.

had to do test for bowel cancer......still waiting for results

have to pick up SIL's freaky kid again today

And last night, DS had to rush me to emergency. Turns out I had a rare allergic reaction to.......the temp of my shower water!!!!! Blood pressure bottomed out, couldn't walk, couldn't stand up, passed out cold BUCK A$$ naked twice. Last time I came to, my hair was dry. Poor DS had to dress me and carry me to his car.

What a freaking crappy week!!!!

overall that's a 9.5. A good week indeed.

That's so dangerous, passing out like that from low BP. Are you on meds for high BP and they brought it too low? I only experienced that once when I lost a lot of weight but kept on the same meds...nearly passed out in our mall, and a friend who worked there had to call my hubby to pick me up! It's scary! I wasn't nekked, though....

All the best on those results, Hun....and your low BP...what did they do for you in emerg?

It's always a lovely week....I'm alive and breathing, everyone's safe and healthy, and I got a cane for walking today!!
It's pretty...has flowers........

It was a so so week, pretty long and busy:6/10. Taking me a while to get back into school routine after the summer. Next week will be better.

-I had a filling replaced at dentisit-met with a specalist on Wednesday-need surgery
too cold out for me -ugggg
-my highlight was going to watch my grandaughter tonight -she is 11 months but she went to the doctors and is sick -infection-poor little thing

oh well always there is the weekend and hope it goes better

i'm working on changing my attitude and work ethics at work

so far so good ..... i hope and think

i have to change, it's mind over matter

can't afford to lose my job.
