i found an old GC in my purse & am trying to see if there is a balance on it but keep getting...sorry we cannot find that card #.

The Canadian WM site is awful. You can't use GCs online, only instore so I'm wondering if that's why they don't have a section to check balances. Total PITA.
Maybe call their hotline and ask? Good luck
