Love this thread This is the same method I use when I make pesto, I just spray the tray with non-stick first so they're easier to pop out and store in a ziploc

Also because I eat an omelet with 2 eggs almost daily when there's a really good sale and TP, I beat and freeze them in these silicone muffin "tins"... 1 form = 1 large beaten egg filled to the very brim.

Thats ok.... I always say I will never eat hot dogs after every conversation that describes what they are made of but I break down and do it anyways

I always do the buttermilk sub with milk and vinegar, for muffins or cakes when needed.

I made the coloured sugars last Easter for cookies - and still have lots of each colour left - lol, a little goes a long way!

I'd love to try make the sweetened condensed milk - bookmarked this page - and her blog, too - will go through other recipes when I can.
