You pay $5 (charity donation) for a card that gives you 5 kids meals with min $16 adult purchase. These are awesome and my son loves their slurping spaghetti. We use it in Niagara Falls when we head there for the day. These are great as stocking stuffers for Christmas or even as a Christmas card insert.

I buy these yearly and they are great! You figure a kids meal cost roughly $7 x5= $35 for only $5. Its a great deal for a great cause!!!
