    The online purchase customer service at Suzy Shier is terrible. They are so ignorant. I had some return problems and the only way I can contact them is e-mailing, no phone calls. I sent them an e-mail for over a week now and still no response

    I know exactly the feeling! I was having trouble with an organization in town recently. Sent two emails, no response. Finally today I flooded everyone's inbox with my request. It took five minutes to get an answer to my request. Be persistent! You deserve good service!

    If that doesn't work phone your local store and ask them about head office's phone number.

    WM is terrible too, I once tried to PM an item online and they said just send email with the link to the item from store I want to PM...email them several times during that week and they responded AFTER the sale was over.
