Yeah , they are back ordered for me too . But usually MS is pretty good with stuff like that, so maybe by next week , I am expecting mine.

The dual SIM is a cool feature. If you go to US or travel abroad , you can just pop in the local SIM from that area into the second slot. If you have a different work phone, you can carry only one device & pop that SIM in there.

If anyone has this phone, can you please let me know if there's external storage...I read online reviews and some people / sites mentioned there's (upto 32GB) MicroSD slot but today I spoke to MS store sales rep and he said there's no external storage slot for (SD / micro SDHC)

The third slot is for the Micro SD Memory card..first 2 slots are for the 2 SIM's . See 4 th picture in the link above

Thank you tjthemanto, wouldn't have bought one without seeing your post, I had already browsed my Microsoft Cyber Monday email and deleted it. I bought around 11am, waited 5 hours for the confirmation email (did live chat and they told me they could see my order so not to worry) and I'm not backordered ... but I bought pink which isn't as popular (almost went with white).

Thanks tjthemanto for the info links. I ordered 2 white phones that's why they are on B/O (usually sold out first). Need to go buy the micro SIM cards once I got the phones. My 8 years old flip phone still works great (so durable, I dropped it so many times on the floor, battery flew out, and as soon I put it back together, works like new). Just hope the smartphone last at least last 2 years.

For the rest of your Christmas shopping .... go to *************.ca (hopefully I'm allowed to mention sites, hope so), enter your AM card number at the top, click on store directory, pick microsoft, then start shopping. It will open a new window at the Microsoft site and place your order.

Microsoft doesn't do Air Miles?

However Ebates is doing 10% back, and Paypal, 5% back, so that is a total of $7.35 back per phone (more than the GST)

Not only did I missed out on AM but also Ebates and Paypal too? I feel like the opposite of SC.

That's how I found them... now I'm waiting to see if my Orange one ships.
