I'm usually so anal retentive and I always check these things...but tonight I was in the midst of cooking supper and scooting back and forth to my computer in between supper prep. Goes to show you, there is no such thing as multi-tasking because something always suffers. In this case, I'm glad it was this and not the scalloped potatoes.
