Looking for Stroller bundle for toddler for winter

I am looking to buy a stroller bundle blanket for toddler. Previously I was using a Jolly jumper bundle for stroller' car seat. Now my toddler used to sit on stroller so I am looking for a bundle for stroller which keep my son warm in winter.
Any suggestion will be helpful.

7am enfant makes them but they're expensive(150ish if I remember correctly). I got a Pudding snuggle bundle at Winners last year for 25,not sure how much they are normally(winners reg price was 49.99). It's super warm, my dd sweats in it without snow pants. I think I saw them(or something identical from a different brand) online at Snugglebugz.ca.
Jolly jumper makes one that goes over the bottom part of your stroller but it's not very warm(not much thicker than a light weight blanket).
