    I'm thinking of taking a kale salad to a thanksgiving dinner and wonder if any reader have a great tested kale recipe....I'm thinking of maybe using one with apples and oranges? any thoughts on this?

    I wanna add on - anyone have any tips or tricks to making kale chips? Those things are delicious but mine usually end up soggy.
