I don't see the rules beyond what is posted on the site and I'm picking end of Oct. as end of contest. These are general admission tickets as far as I can tell.

You need to have the promotional code from advertisements to participate in this contest. This is Toronto's first international English language book fair. Probably best for GTA and anyone planning to be in Toronto in mid-November. Fair runs Nov. 13-16 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on Front Street West; certain special events/talks require fees or additional tickets.

Sounds great! However, the prizes are for general admission, good for the weekend. No party/drink are included.
