Outlander - are you fans?

I started reading these books years ago, and am SO excited to have seen the television adaptation! And so sad to know that there's no more until April. Are any of you fans?

I've read the books as well. I learned about the tv show days before it aired. I think they did a great job with it. Thankfully they have enough of a head start with the novels (not unlike GoT) as it takes the author about 4 years to write each one.

I started watching the series and really enjoyed it. Went out and bought all the books. Just starting the first one now.

Just read a piece which suggested that Brianna may already make an appearance this season. I hope that's not the case. It would be nice to have one book series actually followed somewhat accurately. They haven't even gotten to France yet. Brianna doesn't even show til book four.
