I was in a Target store recently and must admit that I don't think I'll ever try to coupon there again - what a nightmare with their policies and the time it takes to enter a coupon! I like the peace & quiet of Target (no music and less shoppers) and their neat & clean stores, but I'm very thankful for Walmart for making it easy to save money.

So funny how stores differ from city to city.
My local Target and Walmart are the opposite, Target is amazing for couponing and price matching. My local Walmart gives you the third degree and it takes at least 2 people to read any coupon you try to use and you can ONLY use the coupon on the EXACT product shown on the coupon(so if it was diapers showing a sz 3 pack you could only use it on a size 3).

WOW!!!!! That's insanely strict!!!! I'm counting my blessings! We have 1 cashier at our store that if she's the only non-express checkout open I will walk around the store until I see another checkout open up as it takes them 2 minutes to read each coupon.
