No, they don't - they just make changes that impact us all instead. When personalized coupons first came out, many specified 4 per user, now they limit people to one per transaction.

Head office insider or not, abuse can and does impact future promos. They can and do occasionally remove points from people who massively misuse them too. We have seen it before on here, as have other sites. Toothpaste was a big one where people misused it to get lots and lost points/had cards cancelled
