Constant, knowledgeable searching, an App that monitors the Amazon API, or just luck. There's also the task of finding errors before anyone else does. It isn't an easy task at all, and it really isn't worth the effort unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

A lot of the time when you find a price that is TGTBT because of mistake or glitch, they will notify you that the item is unavailable and your order has been cancelled.
