Didn't receive my 8,000 bonus pts, called SDM and yes, I had qualifying purchase but somehow they got missed and will be added to my optimum account today. Wonder how many shoppers missed getting their points ?

My 8000 are in my account, safe and secure.

I got to wondering about the RBC account, you need a "payroll deposit" to get the 50,000 points. Would my Ontario Works direct deposit count, as that is my source of income right now? If it did, how long does it take for the points to go on the card? Is it immediately? Anyone run into this situation?

I did not get my points. I emailed 2 times, called and was told to email them a photo of the receipt and they said they did not have enough information.
Received my 8000 points two days after.
I have not received my 4000 points for mail out coupons regarding using five or more of those get 4000 bonus points supposed to be added on 24th. Emailed 3 times and heard nothing.
