I was wondering if there is anybody who has 2 SDM cards linked to the same email and get coupons/ offers for both?
I changed my DH email to mine in his profile to get BP for updating the profile and since then I don`t get any offers, only he does
(on my email address.) Now I am worried if I change it back to original - I will loose his offers as well.
Any advice?

No. Only one card will get the offers. Just make a new gmail account for the other card.

Thanks momof3, I did the same as OP and was wondering the same thing, why I wasn't getting my coupons anymore... now I know!
