If you shop Sears Catalogue, you'd probably want leg style #1 for any suits or bikini bottom to provide the most coverage at the leg/torso section. http://www.sears.ca/catalog/swimwear/11340
If you shop at a swimwear dept or shop, you might want to consider tankinis-they are like cropped tank tops and you buy the bottoms separately-can be a bikini bottom with attached skirt, or boy-leg shorts, or other variation.

Many designers have resort collections which can feature swimwear. No idea how they categorize how low or high-cut the leg areas are.

Amazon is always good. They have everything. If you are looking for a modest bathing suit Gotex makes them but they are more on the expensive side.
