i don't know for sure that homeschool is good or bad. I wanted my son studies in the usual school. Because there he has friends he communicate with coevals. By the way he came last week from the school with his buddy to do homework together. But when i came they played because ordered essay at essayhelperonline.com. My son said that he had free time. I was angry because he didn't want to write essay by himself. But when I read the result i was surprised. I think this service helps my son.

With technology, home schooling is a very tempting option for me - but I don't think it is as popular in Canada as in the US. So not sure about the support groups for home schooing moms.

If your child is in school ask the English department. We have found both a French and math tutor this way and we are in Oakville as well. Not in gr 12 yet and English has not been a problem for us. I prefer a school reference as they will often suggest teachers from other schools which means they know the curriculum.
