It's too bad that we have to print everything and keep it in our purse to train staff about their company policies!! I used to keep a copy of the SCOP policies, now most people do it properly. Target did that to me once before, said I couldn't use both, the price match and a manufacturer coupon, I said, " if I bought this at Walmart they would take the coupon, so they took the coupon...

Target keep mentioning the same thing of 'cannot do both' and I keep on shoving my printed policy on their face...then they just do it for me...

Funny, how they are aware of every other rule (i.e. cannot price match Black Friday) but not aware of THIS particular policy!


Niiiice try Target!!!

*They sure made many other people do either price or coupon, so looks like only those who are able to 'catch' the policy will be successful at both price matching and using coupon*

I really HATE pming and couponing at target, i try to avoid it like the plague. The cashiers do not know what they are doing, some dont even know how to use target coupons. Most of the targets I've been to the staff has been borderline horrible. One cashier was like "oh great more price matching" "oh great more couponing" LIKE ISNT THAT YOUR JOB?????

Sounds like a frustrating experience. I have never had a problem PMing and using coupons at my local store- not yet anyway.

I think I should quite Target; time to move on

Too bad there are only two Target stores in Saskatoon...and one is waay too far.
