So I have been using my Scene Visa for 4 years until I notice on this month's bill that I've only gotten 854 pts for $1068 purchase. I went back and sometimes I get about 1600 pts for $2400, or 1300 pts for $1000.

The points probably are not awarded for taxes.

But that would not explain why some months I get more points than there are dollars. It's so weird.
