    Target has winter boots 30% off this week, and my daughter has outgrown hers. I went expecting to find a regularly priced 40 dollar pair for 28. The only boot that in her size, they only had two left of that design, and was regularly 30 dollars. I went to the cash and it rang up at full price. It was supposed to be 21 with the discount. So I called them on it. I asked for the SCOP and walked out with new winter boots at 11.18.

    I'm surprised you got SCOP at Target. I've been told they do not honor it.

    I didn't realize that SCOP wasn't everywhere in Canada. I only started asking for it this year. No one automatically provides it, in my experience. You always have to ask.

    That's because she is in Quebec, where SCOP has to be honoured by law. Target does not do SCOP outside of Quebec.
