My friend's son is named Kelly, and he is married to a woman named Kelly.

Nope. I've never known anyone with the same name as their mate.
Both of DH's sisters married a man name Greg though. I thought that was kinda neat...
Oh and my nephews first name is the same as my son's middle name. Sometimes I'll use his middle name when he's being bad and both kids turn. lol.

Not that I can think of... I do know a couple who have the exact birthday... that's kind of cool.

^ those double names are always so odd...
For surnames, a woman I used to teach with married a man whose last name started with one letter different than hers - hers began with C, his with S - they were pronounced the same.
What really got me more than that was it's a very unusual name.
(And, yes, when they were dating she did a serious family history check!)

There is a dentist in Halifax named Daniel D. Daniel. The middle "D" also stands for Daniel!
