I'm with SpeakOut currently and I consider them to be pretty bad. I find that Speakout has a lot of disconnection errors..and that's not ok :/ when someone is trying to call you and cannot get through.I'm looking for a prepaid option. But need good network connection. Any recommendations? What company do you use? -TY

If network is one of your main concerns, stay away from Freedom Mobile. They do you have some very good price plans, but the network is not good.

I am assuming that what you're saying is that the Rogers network is not good at your location.

That really only leaves Bell and Telus networks.

Chatr Wireless is Rogers, so you're looking at pretty much Lucky Mobile or Public Mobile.

Lucky Mobile's plan page is here:
    https://www.luckymobile.ca/shop/plans/prepaid

Public Mobile's plan page is here:
    https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/plans

Public Mobile's plans start at $10 per 30 days, while Lucky's start at $15 per month. Lucky has a call-centre customer service available, while Public Mobile does not. Public Mobile is potentially the cheapest option possible because of the combination of price plans with the "rewards" system that offers various discounts.

There's a discussion about some of Public Mobile's offerings here:

At this moment, lucky is the best for immediate gratitude because of the unlimited data, use of e-sim and the availability of an app to manage usage. For those seeking long term benefits, Public Mobile for the rewards.

You also get what some people would consider to be "real" customer service at Lucky Mobile vs. online-only. At Public Mobile, the reward program automatically offers a lower price for you to stay a customer betwren 1 to 5 years.
