HELP I did it again

So I fudged up my computer again well the kids did
This is what I see

It keeps running around and around
If I click safe mode with networking
It shows this

all the other options keeps spinning around

I would turn off the computer for five minutes.

If you get the same screen as in your first pic, choose Start Windows normally.

It just keeps doing the same this I took a video but tapatalk keeps stoping when I try to post it

I googled 'message multi disk rdisk partition' - but it would help if you did this and added what operating system you are using and you would get more ideas.

Thanks natalka I tried the link im so afraid of screwing it up even more I cant go without it i think im going to spend the $40 to get it fixed. Theres a small shop whrre I bought it I take it to they are quick and cheap worst case theg reformat and all is well with the world again
